What is the payment procedure?

You can make your payment in two ways: 1- It will be charged to your default card registered on the "My Wallet" page at the end of the ride. 2- It will be charged from the balance you previously loaded into your wallet account.

What is the pricing of BinBin?

Before starting your ride, you can see the start fee and minute rate for the selected vehicle on the pop-up page that appears.

How can I transfer balance to my Wallet account?

You can see your wallet account by clicking the "Wallet" page from the left menu that you can open by clicking the left upper corner of the home page. From there, you can see the details and add funds to your wallet.

Is there any benefit to transfer money to my wallet account?

It's possible to get bonus TL depending on how much you choose to add to your wallet. You can learn more in dept about the awaiting opportunities by going to "My Wallet" and clicking "Add Funds".

When can I get a refund incase of a problem stemming from BinBin?

BinBin starts the refunding process within the same day, banks may take anywhere between 2-7 business days to make the transfer. The transfer will be made to the card that was used. If the card is out of use, you need to visit your bank.

What is BinPass Package?

BinPass Package is a prepaid product that allows you to utilize BinBin Scooters at a given rate and number of ride or unlock free for a set duration.

How it works?

BinPass Package covers rides that start after the package purchase. It covers minutes, rides, or unlocks depending on your selected packages’ coverage.

Where can I use BinPass?

BinPass Package can be used in service areas.

Buying a BinPass

Tap on BinPass in the menu to see BinPass packages available at your location. Don’t forget to update your BinBin app to the latest version to see BinPass options. Make sure you've read all information about your chosen package before purchasing as well as Terms & Conditions.

Can I use my wallet balance to buy a pass?

Unfortunately, you cannot use your wallet balance to purchase a package, you need a valid payment card for the purchase.

Can I renew a BinPass Package?

Bin Pass packages are not auto renewable, but you can purchase another package after your package expires.

Can I share my Package?

BinPass Package can only be used by the purchaser on the device it was purchased on and may not be shared or used to activate rides for others.

Can I get a refund?

Pass purchases are non-refundable.

What happens if I have a Pass but owe money for a ride?

If you owe money for a ride, you may not take additional rides even using an active Package.

Is there a gift sending limit?

You can review the details of the contract conditions.

Can the wallet balance be used to send gifts?

Wallet balance cannot be used for gift sending.

How do I delete my account?

To delete your account, you can create a request at support@binbinscooters.com or through the call center.

Is it possible to rent an e-moped for my company?

Yes, it is possible. You can reach our B2B team by emailing business-tr@go-sharing.com with the subject "Corporate Collaboration" for all your needs and requests.

Can someone else rent a vehicle with my account?

No, doing so would constitute a violation. Since your GO Sharing account is linked to your personal data (e.g., your driver's license), you are the only person who can use our service with your account. If your friends also want to use our e-mopeds, they can create their own accounts. This way, you can enjoy rides together.

What kind of license do I need to ride the e-moped?

If you have a B (car), A (motorcycle), or AM (moped) license, you can use our e-mopeds.

Can I ride an e-bike without adding my driver's license?

Yes, it's sufficient to only verify your identity to ride an e-bike and e-scooter.

What are the scooter's riding modes and how can I change the mode?

The scooter has three riding modes: Eco (E), Drive (D), and Sport (S). Eco: Provides a calm and efficient ride. Drive: Offers enjoyable transportation suitable for daily use with moderate acceleration. Sport: Provides an effective solution for users who want to reach quickly and for hilly roads. Choosing the mode that suits your ride will enhance performance. You can switch between riding modes by pressing the button under the BinBin screen twice quickly.

What is BinBin?

BinBin is an electric scooter, moped, and bicycle rental service that combines fun and easy transportation within the city while offering eco-friendly alternatives.

Where can I find the vehicles?

On the map page, you can see the vehicles ready for use that are located around you.

What does different colors on the map mean?

The areas shown in light colors on the map page are the areas where you can drive and park the vehicles. While driving, you might also see these colors on the map: Green: Discounted area, Orange: Area with a speed limit, Red: No parking area.

I got a QR code error, what can I do?

Make sure to scan the QR code on the vehicle correctly, ensuring it is within the frame. If you continue to have issues, you can manually enter the 4-digit BinBin code in the white box to proceed.

What is the reference system?

Our reference system offers a beneficial deal for you as well as anyone that registers with your reference code. When your friend registers with your code they get gifted TL, and when they go on to their first ride, you get gifted TL as well!

How can I create my BinBin account?

1. First, you must allow the app to access your location and then enter your number. 2. After entering your number, enter the 4-digit code that is sent to your phone. 3. After entering the code you will be directed to the main page, optionally you can enter all the information requested at the registration page. 4. Afterwards, you must enter valid payment information on "Wallet" page to be able to start a ride.

What is ''send a gift'' to your friend?

You can send a gift to your friend using BinBin so they can drive using the default payment method by selecting their phone number and gift.

Who can use the scooters?

Anyone aged 15 and above can use a scooter.

How can I use BinBin?

First, create an account and enter a valid payment method. Then, find the closest BinBin to you by using the map, click "START", scan the BinBin's QR code and your ride will start. You need to start your ride by putting one foot on and kicking off with the other while gently pressing on the gas.

Can't unlock my BinBin, what can I do?

Make sure you entered a valid payment method. If the problem continues, you can unlock it by clicking the "Unlock" button that appears at the top right of your screen after you start the ride. If the problem still isn't solved, you can click the "(!)" button on the main page to contact us.

What is extra safe driving?

Before you start your ride, you can perform your related ride within the scope of extra safe driving by ticking the "extra safe driving" option on the screen.

Do I have to pay an additional fee for extra safe driving?

For extra safe driving, a fee of 0.30 ₺/min is applied in addition to the usage fee for each ride.

How can I purchase extra safe driving?

You can advance your driving step by ticking the "take extra safe driving" and "preliminary information conditions and distance sales contract" options on the driving start screen.

How do I know which of my rides is an extra safe ride?

You can view your extra safe driving trips in the my past rides section.

I am a foreigner, can I rent BinBin?

Yes, you can rent. For a moped, you need to verify your driver's license. For a bicycle or scooter, you need to enter your passport number, upload a photo of your foreign ID, and take a selfie. You can complete your membership and make payments by saving valid payment information.

Who can use the mopeds?

Anyone who is 18 years old or older and has a valid driving license can use our e-mopeds.

What should I do if the e-moped does not work?

The e-moped can be started and stopped through our application. Therefore, our e-mopeds have extra safety features, including a start and stop system. If you see the "Ready" indicator on the control panel, you can start your ride. Is the 'Ready' indicator off? When you make sure the stand is folded down, you can press the "Ready" button. You can find this button at the bottom of the right handle, next to the emergency lights button. You can now start the e-moped. Still unable to start the e-moped? In that case, you can contact our Customer Support Team via support.tr@go-sharing.com.

The scooter is not accelerating, what could be the reason?

To start your ride, you need to kick off with your foot to accelerate and then use the throttle. Make sure you are not riding outside the service area. If you are outside the brightly marked areas on the map, your speed is limited to a maximum of 10 km/h. For higher performance, we recommend riding within the service area and selecting the appropriate riding mode. For more information on the modes, you can check the question "What are BinBin's riding modes, and how can I change the mode?"

What should I do for an accident during extra safe driving?

In case of a damage subject to Personal Accident and Third Party Liability Coverage, you must first contact us and report the situation. The following documents should be submitted regarding the damage cases. In damages related to Third Party Liability coverage; Documents such as declaration of material damage, photos of damage, service report, repair invoice. Account number, identity information of the 3rd party, payment document or consent that the 3rd party has repaired the damage. In damages related to Personal Accident coverage; Documents showing how the accident happened (Statements, hospital/police/prosecutor's records, etc.) General forensic examination report with the date of the accident (issued by the hospital after the accident) Information on to whom the payment will be made. In treatment expense claims: Invoices and receipts for the payments made. In disability compensation claims: Disability report from a full-fledged hospital or forensic medicine institution showing the disability rate. In claims for compensation for deprivation of support due to death: Autopsy Report and certificate of succession.

How many BinBins can I rent with one membership?

One account can rent one BinBin at a time.

Where can I use the vehicles?

You can drive within the areas that appear illuminated on the map page.

How do I use the moped?

After starting the ride and putting on your helmet, you need to lift the vehicle's pedal, activate the vehicle by pressing the "Ready" button on the vehicle, and then adjust the speed using the right handle.

What should I do in case of damage?

We hope it's not a serious situation. Here are the steps you need to follow: 1) Assess the Damage: First, assess the damage to yourself, the person you collided with, or the vehicle. Yes, you can use the e-moped anywhere permitted by the law. However, please remember that you cannot end your ride outside the service area. You can temporarily park the e-moped outside the service area, and you will be charged at the per-minute parking rate during this time.

Is it possible to use the e-moped with someone else?

Of course! Our e-mopeds are designed for 2 people. You can comfortably ride with someone behind you. However, please remember that the maximum weight limit is 160 kg.

How can I end my ride?

After clicking the "End Ride" button at the bottom of the ride page, make sure you lock the scooter in an appropriate place. In the next step, you can end your ride by taking a photo of the locked scooter.

Where should I park BinBin?

Unless it's private property, you can park in the areas that appear illuminated on the map page. Parking in areas marked in red on the map is prohibited.

I parked the vehicle, but I can't end my ride. What should I do?

You may experience issues with BinBin for various reasons. The connection between your phone and the BinBin app may have been interrupted, or an unforeseen issue may have occurred. In such cases: 1. Try closing the app and logging in again. 2. Ensure your phone is connected to the internet. If the problem persists, you can send a message to our live help center by clicking the button in the lower right of the Help menu.

Where should I park the vehicles?

You can park the vehicles in areas on the map except for the red areas. Green areas are discounted parking areas where you can park and get a discount at the end of your ride.

How can I end my ride?

After clicking the "End Ride" button at the bottom of the ride page, you can complete the ride by parking the vehicle properly, taking a photo of it, and finishing the ride.

What should I pay attention to when ending my ride?

Please ensure that you do not cause any inconvenience while parking your e-moped. We ask you to follow the rules and consider your surroundings when parking. Therefore, here are a few points we want you to pay attention to: You should not cause any inconvenience while parking your e-moped. You should park in a place where motorbikes or bicycles are allowed. You should leave the e-moped in an upright and stable position.
